Jack Weatherilt

Jack Weatherilt is a software engineer with a product focus. He is experienced in full-stack engineering, product management and design, which his work at Outro spans. He is responsible for the general product experience, Outro Portal, and the general technical aspects of Outro's infrastructure. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.

In 2019, Jack co-founded Pallet, a recruitment tech startup and worked as the Product Lead, designing the product, handling infrastructure, and leading a team of engineers to build it. Prior to joining Outro in 2023, Jack was a Tech Lead at Delphia, a Canadian fintech company, and responsible for exploring new products and managing a team building contestable generative AI systems.
